UTILITY BILLING RELIEF PROGRAM
Customers who receive services from government programs or meet household income guidelines may be eligible for bill relief on three (3) utility bills not to exceed $450 in total within a 12-month period. Assistance is based on available funding. To apply for assistance you must contact The Salvation Army who will verify your eligibility. Would you
like to have your water bill deducted from your Checking/Savings account or
billed to your Credit Card each month without having to log in and make a
payment?
First you
will need to verify your email address. To do this click on MY PROFILE tab if
you have not verified your email it will tell you here. Once the email is
verified, then click on the My Profile tab, then click EDIT by your account
number to set up auto pay.
MULTIPLE
WATER ACCOUNTS
If you have more than one water account setup then you
will need to do this one time for each account. Make sure you have saved
your preferred payment method. Then click on the EDIT for each account to
set up autopay.
